Other file formats are usually not supported.

- The RIP – Software can only be used with the Windows operating system. Not compatible with Windows 7, we recommend using it with Windows 10 or 11.
- The RIP – Software is programmed exclusively in English. It is very easy to use, clear and self-explanatory. There are no disadvantages if you do not speak perfect English.
- Raster function: The RIP – Software supports a function for rasterizing certain motifs. The accuracy is limited for motifs with double-pass printing. Our sample photos in the gallery show you good examples.
- Software download items cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
